Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and prepped for shipping within 1 to 3 business days (Tuesday-Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will have the option of choosing between multiple shipping options in addition to the option of opting for free in-store pickup.

All domestic orders over $100 ship free unless otherwise specified.

Be on the lookout for special occasions where there may be additional shipping discounts offered. A great way to stay up to date would be signing up for our email list!

In-store pickup:

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our 1017 Main Street, East Hartford brick-and-mortar location. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am-6 pm Tuesday-Friday, 10 am-5 pm Saturdays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping:

Shipping charges and options for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Grassillini is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
